Old School Love 

The feminine urge to dance sexy for Valentine's Day. Learn a new choreo which showcases the essence of the Old School style. We will practise connecting with our body, turn and slide around the pole. The choreo will incorporate low flow, floorwork and a prop - robe!
Prerequisites: none
Bring: heels or socks, kneepads, a robe or long shirt that goes over the bum, a valentine's outfit 

If you want to attend Julia's spinny workshop before, you can check in for both workshops and skip the warmup in the Old School Love workshop.

Velvet Edgework 

Wanna dabble with the magic of edgework? It is where you dance with the whole shoe, even in flexed position. This requires good control to be able to make it look seamless  

You will learn a choreography suitable for first timers in edgework. The movements can you later use to spice up your own choreo.
Prerequisites: have danced in heels before
Bring: heels, kneepads, and a valentine's outfit

Lördag 15 februari 09.30-11.00

Spinny Nymph Choreo 

Divine dance around the pole in this workshop with spinny pole. Be the nymph and seduce yourself in the mirror. We will learn a slow low flow choreo (no climbing) with floorwork. 

Prerequisites: have danced in heels before
Bring: heels, kneepads, and a valentine's outfit. Grip on upper body is prefered.
