How many times before have you heard it said... "you just do it?!". This workshop takes all of those difficult-to-figure- out tricks, classic moves and hot new moves, all broken down, in multiple ways for better understanding. Not only will you be left with the technical breakdown of each move, but a series of conditioning exercises to help you reach the next level along your pole journey.

This workshop is all about that Base! This class is focused on learning tricks/combos around the base of the pole to help create a diverse low flow. This class uses trick-based transitions to explore our possibilities using the base of the pole and the floor. A basic understanding of pole-assited handstands preferred.
